I love the City of Avilés. I definitely fancy myself living there. Avilés España is the birthplace of Pedro Menéndez de Avilés, founder of the City of St. Agustine, Florida. There you can see a reproduction of this fountain. It was built in the 1500s and shame on me for leaning my big butt against it!

Fuente de los caños de San Francisco en Avilés.
I love the City of Avilés. I definitely fancy myself living there. Avilés España is the birthplace of Pedro Menéndez de Avilés, founder of the City of St. Agustine, Florida.
