Arbondigas

Miguel makes the best meatballs!
Half ground beef
Half ground pork
2 Eggs
chopped garlic
parsley
salt
breadcrumbs
splash of white wine
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
He prepares a huge batch to freeze and we use them for meatball sandwiches, spaghetti and to eat with fried potatoes.
